John and Mark were awesome to deal with. They called to confirm arrival time, so I wasn't wasting my time waiting for them. Showed up when they said, evaluated the situation, advised me as to how the process works, and got right to work. I didn't think the carpet was salvageable, it was old, high traffic and dirty, however John and Mark were able to return the carpet in all 4 rooms to that like new condition. Can not be happier with the service, John and Mark went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I'm giving this team a five star rating for strong customer interaction, professionalism, and great work ethic. Thanks again guys...

I'm moving into a new house that I'm renting and unfortunately the previous tenant as well as the landlord did not clean the carpet. It was filthy. I was especially worried about my living room carpet. Both of the gentleman who came a very nice and very efficient and they were able to Clean my carpet. And it looks so much more fresh and new. Jon and Mark arrived to Downriver United Methodist Church on time and ready to go. Unfortunately the power was out but their equipment is self contained. They started in the lobby with the light from the windows. When the power came back on the were able to complete the sanctuary in a timely manner.

When the job was complete I asked if I could see the extracted steam/water from the job. We were the first job of the day so the water was all ours. I was not totally surprised at how dirty the water was but totally satisfied at the fantastic job they did. Will definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking to have there carpet cleaned.

They did a very good job on some very dirty carpets. They very personable, professional and did a great job quickly. Will definitely use them again. Also, even though they have had their covid shots (and we have had ours) they didn't mind wearing masks. We have severe illness in the family.
